Due to the fact there is not many team events around Europe anymore how important do you feel this event is?

I must say I feel it is very import because we are all actually a part of it. >From what we have seen abroad so far there are few team events and they all are top of the list for almost every player. After the end of these kinds of events everybody leaves with a happy face and many good memories...so we have to do our best to make people feel good just being here. This event could turn out to be one of the top events in Europe in a few years time and I am sure Loucas Evripidou will try his best to make it work out just like that.

As a Navigator player what do you think makes the team such a good team?

I have been a navigators player for one year now and I feel very proud and import to be playing with the best players in Cyprus and now with some of the best players from Greece. Our team is good but nobody can ever stop improving so we never stop practicing and training. I am sure things will get a lot better now because Mario Joseph is going to be helping us go to the next level. The Navigators team is good not just bowling wise but also at the marketing part because of loucas and also because of some friends we have made throughout the last two years.

How do you rate your team's chances in the 2011 event and who do you think you will need to watch out for?

Our team is getting better now fast with the help of Mario Joseph and also with the help of Giannis Stathatos and Stavros Parasakis from Greece. I strongly believe that all of the teams should watch out for us because we are nothing like last year. Many of the teams are good but we have been to many tournaments and we have met a lot of good bowlers but we know one thing for sure that the English are really good so I think that we should watch out for them. I am sure every team and every bowler is going to try their absolute best to bowl well for their team their country and also for themselves so if we dont bowl our best we cant really have any expectations...

The Navigators are fast becoming a well known around Europe, What do you think is the future for the squad?

Almost evrybody in Europe knows us now and will get to know us because we will be travelling through Europe representing the Navigators and doing what we love for the sport for Cyprus and for everybody that wants to get better and loves the sport. nobody really knows how far we can go and its just a matter of time. I am sure we will go far because we have a good team with good guys and most importantly we have a great leader and friend in Loucas..

Due to the fact there is not many team events around Europe anymore how important do you feel this event is?

This is a challenge for our team so the Navigators Cup will become an attractive team event, where teams can participate and meet together in such a team event. It is a good opportunity that the bowlers get together and get to know each other better, exchange new ideas, new techniques about the sport of bowling.

As a Navigator player what do you think makes the team such a good team?

The Navigators players perform all together as a well bonded team and above all we are all very good friends. We try to keep balances in the team, we are trained all together to keep our stability and ourselves in a good condition and also to develop and to promote the team spirit. We hope with the latest training development in our team very soon we can be competitive in Europe.

How do you rate your team's chances in the 2011 event and who do you think you will need to watch out for?

This year event there are very good teams with famous players. I believe if our team will perform as good as we are performing in our league lately we will be definitely be in the finals. We have to keep an eye on all the participant teams however I believe the team of Rollrite will be the team which will qualify for the finals. I will be very happy and I hope finally our team will be the winners of the 2nd Navigators Cup 2011.

The Navigators are fast becoming a well known around Europe, What do you think is the future for the squad?

In the last two years we have managed to become a well known team throughout our team’s and player’s good results as well as the personal touch and the efforts of Loucas who has spent valuable time creating the Navigators team as well as administrating and using his personal connections throughout Europe. My dream is that throughout the Navigators Training Program and our academies we will create such conditions and fundamentals so our young and new generation will adopt our modern training methods and techniques in order to develop the future Navigators champs. We hope that our efforts will help, promote and develop further the sport of bowling in Cyprus.

Due to the fact there is not many team events around Europe anymore how important do you feel this event is?

It is indeed true that lately the tournaments around Europe are on individual basis. So I believe that with this team event organized for the second year a lot of teams have the opportunity to participate and take part of such a great  team event. During this event the players from different countries will have the chance to gather all together, meet each other and become friends.

As a Navigator player what do you think makes the team such a good team?

As an initial player and member of the Navigators team, I should say that our team works very hard to accomplish our mutual goals and interests being the success of our team. We also support each other and we are making our best efforts for the stability and the progress of our team. We are also travelling all together as a team a lot, as a result our team players become closer to each other and preserves a friendship spirit.

How do you rate your team's chances in the 2011 event and who do you think you will need to watch out for?

Although there are very good and competitive teams with excellent players, we will work very hard and put ourselves in intensive training and practice so we can be in a good condition and compete all these participant teams. We have to keep an eye to the English Rollrite team and if we compete with them it would be a great experience for our team to come across such a famous team. I hope we win this cup!

The Navigators are fast becoming a well known around Europe, What do you think is the future for the squad?

Although our existence in the bowling scene is very short, we have managed to make our name very popular and well known in Europe.  We owe this achievement to the founder of our team Loucas, who encourages and supports us all the way. Our team having his feedback and confidence we do our utmost to promote and lead our team to great success and victory. I am personally proud of having such a professional and motivated friend next to me and to stand by our team.
Our team is investing on the young people for the promotion of the sport throughout our academies under the Navigators Training program preserving the team spirit and the spirit of competition. In the future we want to develop and expand these academies so we can spread out the bowling sport to the future bowlers .

The 2nd Navigators cup is in January, Has it been hard work preparing for the event?

The 2nd Navigators Cup will be carried out from 28th up to 30th of January at Galactica Bowling Centre in Cyprus. We have already started the setting up of the event and we hope that we will do our utmost so this team event will be conducted with great success and all the participants will enjoy it. The last few months I have been very busy organizing the Navigators Cup with all these participants coming from different countries and all the guest who will attend the event but I really enjoy every second of it and I try to do my best so this event will be accomplished successfully and to be remembered.

You are the press officer for the Navigators team, how did you come to get that job?

Actually this in not a job! When Loucas was setting up the team in 2008 my husband Antonis was the first player chosen for the team and due to my cooperation with Loucas since 1997 he wanted somebody to organize the team so I became a part of Navigators. I try to combine everything in-between, my profession, my family and bowling which is now a big part of my life.

Your partner Antonis is a good player and in the Navigators team, Do you bowl yourself?

About a year ago I tried to put myself into training sessions and start playing bowling but unfortunately because of my limited time and my family as well as my job, I couldn’t make it so I decided that my role in bowling should be in administration and organization, something that I really like and enjoy doing.

What are the plans for the Navigators cup in the future?

So far we have a great response from bowlers and bowling bodies all over the world for participating and interested in the Navigators Cup. This is something that motivates us and makes us feel how important our work and efforts are. We want this event to be expanded every year so more counties will have the chance to participate and to promote team bowling so Cyprus will adopt an identity card in the bowling scene worldwide. So I hope that in the future Navigators Cup will become an attractive team bowling tournament. In addition our wish is to expose the bowling sport through this team event to young people who are the future bowlers and our bowling academies preserving the spirit of competition and team play. I wish our efforts and hard work for this event will contribute positively to our aim which is to promote the sport bowling.

Due to the fact there is not many team events around Europe anymore how important do you feel this event is?

I feel very excited for the event and looking forward to compete in this tournament due to the fact there are not many team events around Europe. I believe that this tournament will bring around bowlers from different countries and cultures and everybody will have the chance to live the Cyprus hospitality. Our team hopes that this tournament will grow bigger and bigger and share with everybody the team spirit that our great sport has and in general to support the sport of Tenpin bowling becoming part of the Olympic Games.

As a Navigator player what do you think makes the team such a good team?

As a part of the Navigators team I feel very lucky to be on board and I feel that other teams can also be as organised as us and promote their team themselves and bowling in general. Even if we know that our team and players can't compete in a very high level wherever we bowl we do it as a team and always trying to go as far as we can. Our team manager Loucas Evripidou is trying hard to keep this team organised, united and of course to be developed to high stantards. The most important thing though is that all the players are friends and we always trying to enjoy the game.

How do you rate your team's chances in the 2011 event and who do you think you will need to watch out for?

The 2011 event is a lot different than the 2010 event. Eight teams are going to compete and the level is high. Players like John Wells, Zara Giles ,Rob Thurlby, Marco Reviglio, Leonidas Marangos and many others have competed in high level events and for us it will be a great experience bowling against them. I think that the English team is the most powerfull team in the event but also the Italian team and the Greeks teams are strong teams also. On our behalf I believe that if we stay focused and believe in ourselves we can get to the 'winning round' at the end. We have very good individuals and we are already united as a team so I believe that Navigators cup will stay in Limassol this year.

The Navigators are fast becoming a well known around Europe, What do you think is the future for the squad?

This is just the begining. In two years we managed to become well known in Europe through our travelling and our results. I believe that in a few years the Navigators will be one of the hottest names in European bowling.
